All our eye doctors provide a full range of eye care for every member of the family; from complete eye exams, contact lenses and glasses to comprehensive medical eye care including dry eye treatment, glaucoma testing and monitoring, diabetic eye care, macular degeneration and pre- and post-operative care.
When intervention is unavoidable, our dedicated eye surgeons provide personalized surgical care at your local hospital or surgery center. Our surgeons use the newest technology to perform all-laser lasik, and we are the first group to perform laser-assisted cataract surgery right here in the South Bend area.
Whether you need to see a general eye doctor, or a surgeon, all our doctors provide a complete, dilated exam. Each exam tests for visual acuity, nearsightedness, farsightedness, cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration (AMD) and diabetic retinopathy, as well as many other conditions and diseases. We recommend that children and teenagers receive eye examinations at least once a year before the start of school. Adults and children that wear corrective lenses should also receive an eye examination at least once a year. Adults without vision problems should schedule an eye examination once every two years, and senior citizens should schedule eye exams to check for glaucoma, AMD and deteriorating vision at least once a year.
